The management team at Alliant brings a unique experience base and perspective into play every day. 

One of the members of our team has the experience gained from leading a successful B2B company in the Direct Marketing industry as well as having many years of experience in leading businesses on the client side that have utilized B2B teleservices as a critical component of their sales and marketing tool kit.

Another member of the management team has experience in HR Management and has used that learning to help create a progressive environment for our Associates that allows them to focus their energies on performing for our clients.

We are all dedicated to making the experience for our clients and our Associates rewarding and productive. We took mental notes when we were on the client side about how we would run things differently if we were in the B2B teleservices business.
