1. Why should I outsource?
Your people are happier and more productive when they are working on things that they do well and enjoy doing. In the case of salespeople, that’s closing sales, not making cold calls. 3. How long will it take to get my program started?
It normally takes between one to two weeks to get a new program up and running.

4. Can I be involved in guiding the program?
We encourage all of our clients to be as involved in their programs as much as they wish. Almost all are involved in the development of the final scripts that are used by our Sales Associates and most get directly involved in the initial training of our Sales Associates. However, if the client desires, we are very capable of putting the program together ourselves and delivering the results that our clients expect.

5. How do you get the lists of prospects to call?
You can supply the prospect lists if you have the information available to you or, if you choose, we can obtain the lists for you for the type of businesses that you wish to target. Should you ask us to obtain the lists for you, we will pass the costs on to you without any mark-up since we view this as part of our service to our clients.
